5903: Dome or Patch: Add $50.00(G) Set up plus $2.50(G) per piece.

OPTIONAL LID AND STRAW
Add $1.75(G) per piece. Lids and Straws available in Black, Blue, Brown, Crimson, Dark Green, Fuchsia, Green, Lime Green, Maroon, Navy, Orange, Purple, Red, White or Yellow Lid. Straws packed separately.

5903: Die-Cut Patches Available. For custom shapes, add .35(G) per piece.

EMBROIDERED PATCH INFORMATION
5903: Price includes up to 7 rayon thread colors with white background unless otherwise specified and a stitched border. Add .50(G) per patch for Metallic Gold & Silver. For designs exceeding 7 thread colors add .50(G) per thread color, per patch. Additional Patch Colors Available. See General Information for more details.

PLEASE NOTE
• 15-20 day production time after proof approval for embroidered patches.
• 10 day production time after proof approval for domes and inserts.
